Office work can be a b****. Excuse my french. Our shoulders, neck and hips are always victim to our daily work. And if it isn’t from our daily activities (or lack of), then its our sleep that’s causing the problem. One way or another, our body needs help. A massage every day would be heaven, but it’s also just a temporary fix. A longer lasting approach is a good yoga practice that puts your joints in a nice and happy place. It may not solve everything, but it’s certainly worth a try, and definitely worth your time.
