Start your practice with our ever favorite sun salutations, then flow through asanas that deceivingly challenge your muscle control and stability. This practice combines our fundamental yoga poses and teases you with Pilates inspired movements towards the end. It’s a great combination. This practice is ideal for those who are new to yoga but already possess a fairly active lifestyle.
